Collette Winters is a national trainer specialising in domestic violence training, including DASH training, Coercive Control, MARAC, LGBT domestic abuse and the impact of domestic abuse on children and young people.
A qualified drug and alcohol worker, IDVA and ISVA, Collette also works with other specialists to be able to offer a range of open and commissioned training courses.
This includes training on the topics of substance use, sexual violence, Motivational Interviewing, Pattern Changing facilitation, professional self-care, police and social care responses to domestic abuse, mental health and domestic violence, child sexual exploitation, so-called Honour Based Violence, Forced Marriage and Female Genital Mutilation.
